Local Store Pick-up
You can skip the shipping fees with free local pickup at our studio.

After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pick up within 7 to 9 business days. We will send you an email/ WhatsApp message when your order is ready along with instructions.
Our in-store pickup hours are 11am to 4pm on Monday - Fridays (strictly by appointment only). Please have your order confirmation email or order number with you when you come.
Domestic Shipping Policy
All Orders are processed within 7-9 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your Order, we will contact you via email or WhatsApp.

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking
You will receive a shipment confirmation message once your order has shipped containing your tracking number or status.
Kindly ensure that the shipping address, contact number and other required information are accurate upon ordering. In the event that the wrong shipping address is provided, kindly inform us as soon as possible so that we can make the necessary changes on our end.
We will not be able to make any changes if the order has been handed to third-party courier service. In such a situation, additional charges will apply for amendment/ re-delivery/ re-booking.
Damages
Clik Clok Singapore is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping unless it is proven to be caused by negligence. We ensure that all products undergo checks and proper packing before sending it out for delivery. For local store pick up, kindly check and ensure that all orders are in placed before leaving the store.
