After placing your order and selecting local pick-up at checkout, your order will be prepared within 7–9 business days, unless otherwise stated on the product page.

Once your order is ready for collection, we will contact you via email or WhatsApp with the collection details.

Monday to Friday, 11:00am – 5:00pm
Saturday, Sunday and Public Holidays: Closed
Strictly by appointment only

Please bring along your order confirmation email or order number when collecting your order.

Domestic Shipping

All orders are processed within 7–9 business days, unless otherwise stated on the product page.

Orders are not processed, shipped or delivered on weekends and public holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, fulfilment may be delayed by a few business days. If there is a significant delay to your order, we will contact you via email or WhatsApp.

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

You will receive a shipment confirmation message once your order has been shipped. Where applicable, this will include your tracking number or delivery status.

Please ensure that your shipping address, contact number and other required information are accurate when placing your order.

If you have entered the wrong shipping address, please inform us as soon as possible so that we can make the necessary changes before your order is handed over for delivery.

Once the order has been handed over to the third-party courier or delivery service, we will not be able to make any changes. Additional charges will apply for address amendments, re-delivery or re-booking.

Damages or Loss During Shipping

Clik Clok is not liable for products that are damaged or lost during shipping, unless it is proven to be caused by negligence on our part.

We ensure that all products are checked and properly packed before they are sent out for delivery.

For local store pick-up, customers are advised to check their order before leaving the studio.
