What's your turn around time?

All products are made-to-order and require artwork preparation before production.

Production takes approximately 7–9 business days after artwork approval, excluding weekends and public holidays.

Please note that production does not begin from the date of enquiry or order placement.
The production timeline starts only after:

  1. Order has been submitted through our website
  2. Payment has been received
  3. Artwork has been approved by the customer

Do you accept urgent orders?

We offer a 2-business-day turnaround for selected products, subject to availability and additional urgent order charges.

What is the requirement of an Image in order to make the best possible print?

For the best print quality, please upload a clear, high-resolution image.

Images downloaded from social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram or WhatsApp may not be suitable, as they are often compressed and may appear blurry or pixelated when printed.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that all uploaded images are of sufficient quality and resolution for printing. Where possible, our team may advise if an image appears unsuitable, but final responsibility remains with the customer.

  • Laser Cutting

    We use laser cutting to create clean edges, precise shapes and detailed finishes for selected wedding stationery and decor pieces.

    Our UV printing allows full-colour designs to be printed directly onto selected materials, creating a clean and polished finish.
