Refund policy

At Clik Clok, most of our products are personalised and made to order. As each item is customised based on the customer’s confirmed details, we are unable to accept returns, refunds or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect details submitted by the customer, or approved artwork drafts.

Please check all customisation details carefully before confirming your final artwork draft.

Eligibility for Returns or Replacements

Customers are advised to inspect their order upon receiving or collecting it.

We will only accept return, replacement or refund requests for the following reasons:

  • The final product has a spelling or artwork error that differs from the final approved artwork draft
  • The wrong product was sent
  • The product is defective or damaged due to an issue caused by Clik Clok

Any issue must be reported to us within 7 calendar days from the date you receive or collect your order.

To submit a request, please contact us at hello@clikclok.co with your order number, photos of the item, and a clear description of the issue.

Non-Refundable and Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return, refund or exchange:

  • Personalised or customised products after the final artwork draft has been approved
  • Products with incorrect names, dates, wording, colours, sizes or details submitted by the customer
  • Products affected by customer handling, storage or misuse
  • Sale items, clearance items or promotional items
  • Rental items, unless otherwise stated in our Rental Terms & Conditions

Colours, Materials & Finishing

Due to material availability, screen display settings, ambient lighting, photography lighting and the natural characteristics of materials, actual colours, wood grain, texture, tone or finishing may vary slightly from the product images or digital artwork draft.

These slight variations are not considered defects and are not eligible for return, refund or exchange.

Refunds

Once your request has been reviewed, we will notify you on whether your refund, replacement or exchange has been approved.

If a refund is approved, it will be processed through the original payment method where possible. Please note that banks, card providers or payment platforms may require additional processing time before the refund is reflected in your account.

Exchanges and Replacements

We only offer exchanges or replacements for approved cases involving defective, damaged or incorrect items caused by Clik Clok.

If your replacement request is approved, we will advise you on the next steps.

Return Shipping

If a return is required, customers may be asked to return the item to:

For approved cases caused by Clik Clok, we will advise whether return shipping is required and how it will be arranged.

For all other return requests, customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

If you are returning an item by courier, we recommend using a trackable delivery service. Clik Clok will not be responsible for returned items that are lost during transit.

Late or Missing Refunds

If your approved refund has not been received, please first check with your bank, card provider or payment platform, as processing times may vary.
