Made-to-Order Products

All our items are made to order and may be assembled by hand. As each piece is customised, slight variations may occur between the product images shown and the final item received.

Customisation Details

Customers are responsible for ensuring that all names, dates, wording, colours, sizes and other customised details are correct before confirming the final artwork draft.

Once the final artwork draft has been approved, Clik Clok will proceed with production based on the approved details. Any changes requested after approval may be subject to additional charges and may affect the production timeline.

Colours, Materials & Finishing

Due to material availability, screen display settings, lighting conditions and the natural characteristics of materials, actual colours, wood grain, textures and finishing may vary slightly from the images shown.

All materials are subject to stock availability. If a selected material is unavailable, we will contact the customer to discuss suitable alternatives.

Production Timeline

Our standard production timeline is stated on the website and may vary depending on order volume, product type and customisation requirements.

Urgent orders are subject to availability and may incur additional charges. Please contact us before placing an urgent order.

Personal Information

All personal information collected will be used for order processing, customer service, delivery arrangements and other purposes related to fulfilling the customer’s order.

Product Photos & Marketing Use

Clik Clok may take photos or videos of completed products for portfolio, marketing, social media or website use.

If you do not wish for your customised product to be featured, please inform us in writing before production is completed.

Errors & Updates

Clik Clok reserves the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions on the website at any time.

Clik Clok also reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.
