Rental Terms & Conditions

The rental agreement is between Clik Clok and the customer. By placing a rental order, the customer agrees to the following Terms & Conditions.

Rental Period & Payment

All rented props remain the property of Clik Clok at all times.

Our props are rented based on a fixed 4-day rental period, unless otherwise arranged and confirmed by Clik Clok.

To reserve the props for the requested dates, the customer is required to make payment according to the rental payment instructions provided by Clik Clok. Any deposit or payment made to secure the rental booking is non-refundable, unless otherwise stated.

Collection & Return Location

Upon collection, the customer is advised to inspect all rented props and acknowledge their condition during handover. If the customer does not inspect the props before collection, the props will be deemed to have been received in satisfactory condition and free from damage.

Refundable Security Deposit

A refundable security deposit is required upon collection, based on the total rental amount or as stated in the individual product description.

The security deposit will be returned after the rented props are returned undamaged and in the same condition as they were during handover.

Total Rental Amount / Deposit Required

Props below S$50: S$50 deposit
Props above S$50: S$100 deposit
Props above S$100: S$200 deposit

If any rented props are missing, damaged or returned in unsatisfactory condition, the customer will be required to pay the repair or replacement cost. This amount may be deducted from the security deposit.

If the repair or replacement cost exceeds the security deposit, the customer is required to pay the remaining amount to Clik Clok within 4 days from the return date.

Availability of Props

All rental props are subject to availability.

In the event that the rented props become unavailable due to damage, loss, delay or issues caused by a previous renter, Clik Clok may offer one of the following options:

  1. The customer may switch to another available prop of equal or lower rental value; or
  2. The customer may receive a full refund of the rental amount paid for the unavailable prop.

Cancellations

Any cancellation by the customer will result in the forfeiture of the deposit or payment made to secure the rental booking.

If the customer fails to make the required payment by the stated deadline, Clik Clok reserves the right to cancel the rental booking and release the reserved props without prior notice.

For rental orders involving delivery, set-up or other services, any cancellation charges will be advised based on the work already arranged or completed.

We strive to ensure that our rental props are described as accurately as possible on our website. However, we do not warrant that the product descriptions, images or other content on the site are accurate, complete, reliable, current or error-free.

Clik Clok reserves the right to correct any errors or omissions on the website at any time.

Rights

Clik Clok reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to change, modify, add or remove portions of these Rental Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.
